Big Island Sunset

This is a photo from our 1st family trip to the Big Island of Hawaii in August 2014. Hawaii island, also known as the Big Island by locals because it is the largest island of Hawaii, is a very unique place to visit. You can feel the "mana" or energy as soon as you step off the plane! It is home to the only active volcano in Hawaii. Where else can you enjoy a magnificent sunrise from the top of a snow-capped volcano above the clouds, the rocky landscape of a lava field, the lush green rainforest, dark, moist lava tubes, breath-taking waterfalls, and the shiny, black sand beaches, all on one island?

Here's the view I have from my balcony in my condo in Honolulu.  I'm so lucky to be able to see the beautiful sunsets from here!  I often see rainbows from here, too!

It's amazing to think that we only have about 90 days left in this year, 2012!  What do you plan to do with the remaining days of 2012?

I'd like to BE in NATURE more.  I love connecting with the BEAUTY of GAIA and all her creations!  I always feel at Peace when I am touching the Earth with  my bare feet, and no slippers/shoes.  I can connect to the Crystalline Grid that is surrounding Mother Earth.

I'd also like to spend QUALITY time with my family and friends to share the Love that is within all of us.  I'm so grateful for these loving relationships that helped to build me up!  I'm also grateful for the relationships that have caused me pain because I have also grown from these lessons as well.  I understand that WE ARE ALL ONE and come from the same Creator, God, who loves each and every one of us.  We are a part of Him and He is a part of us.  We are just a facet of that great diamond that shines so brightly!  Just like in a diamond, we also must acknowledge the "flaws" of Life.  For without those "flaws", how can we truly appreciate the Beauty of the Diamond?

Now is the time to look within ourselves and release the "flaws" that may be holding us back from attaining higher levels of consciousness.  Now is the time to be grateful for all lessons, good and bad!  Peace & Aloha~
